I really want to receive into an extreme sport like airsoft or paintball, but i chose paintball because not many people here play airsoft so it would be a waist of money if i buy one. So I chose paintball, anyways i'm having a difficult time choosing what type of paintball to play or invest on. WOODSBALL or SPEEDBALL??? Please don't answer with bias answers like "Woodsball is dumb cuz only old fat people play it" or "Speedball takes no skills every you do is run and shoot people" etc etc... Ok things about me that can help decide the type of paintball I might receive into: 1 - I am 18 and 5'7 (if that even matters...) 2 - I like quick paced sports like ice hockey 3 - I like military related movies, and shows like Band of Brothers 4 - I am impatient sometimes 5 - I don't like to run much but I don't like to camp either 6 - I like strategic warfare (hiding in bunkers, foxholes, trenches etc) Ok wish that's enough to help you guys help me pick the type of paintball I'd like to play. Also if you guys can give me a recommendation on a Good paintball marker for that certain type of paintball that would be awesome! My Price Range $300 - $900CAD I have been paintballing 5 times, and had to use those tippmann 98 rentals, it felt pretty heavy, so I don't want to buy that gun.

One of mt close guy friends has a website for extreme sports like BMX, Motocross, Longboarding, Wakeboarding, Snowboarding, and Airsoft. He has made stickers and shirts for his website. But now he wants to create a clothing brand. We were thinking Silver Star Clothing until we found out that we think that name is already taken... Any creative and unique ideas would be deeply appreciated. Please make sure it is unique as he wont be able to use anything that is already taken.
So I am a mom of 4 and I was getting one of my kids out of the van and I close my fingers in the door extremely difficult and I had to open it to receive it out. I just had to keep on going about my day with my middle and index finger not usable and the nails slowly changing colors. I just had to push a buggy, carry kids, and eat with 8 fingers with 2 black ones not usable. One day at Walmart while some lady kept seeing me pick things and kids up with 2 black and swollen fingers and nails in the air and not using them she said "You should drill holes in your smashed fingers so you can use them again." and I was like "Thanks anyway but whatever." Less then 12 hours after the smashing, the nails were totally black. I never thought about going to the doctor because I took Advil's for the pain and I was so busy with my kids (School, sports, friends, cleaning) that I just watched them go from red, to blue, to grey, to completely black. Everybody kept noticing their extreme blackness and now 1.5 months later there still totally black but the pain is totally gone; and I asked a pal of mine who is a doctor and she said just to let them stay and it will be fine. She said she had seen tons of these and to not worry they would heal fine. So now 1 month later after going to church, PTA, Groceries and restaurants and everywhere with a solid black middle finger and index finger and people staring and asking what it is I tried painting them but its still extremely noticeable. I tried painting them every colors but the black still shows through. And I can't wear gloves because it is still nice of wierdly hot here. How can I hide them? Any tips on painting or polish?
I am a man, but I don't drink beer at every, or watch sport. I can't stand the taste of beer, and I find it so boring to sit on the sofa and watch people play sports. I can't for the life of me, understand why it's almost like a 'normal thing' for guys to do these two things. I only drink Smirnoff Vodka if I'm going out with friends for a night out and i wanna 'loosen up', otherwise, I don't touch the stuff. It's not 'refreshing', and you can't knock back a can of it to quench your thirst, like you can with a Coke. My wife loves this about me, though, because it means I'm never at the bar with my friends. lol Could any males out there tell me what the fascination with these two things are, or for females, tell me whether ur man does this, and what's ur opinion on it..?? I'm 31, in better physical shape than 95% of people my age, and I compete in extreme sports, so no, I'm not some nice of 'girly man'. lol Johnoh, we sure have that in common :) I ride Flatland BMX everyday, but it's never on tv. BMX to me, is like MA to you. Oh, I like watching one sport on tv... UFC!! Jim H, I'm the same at work. every the guys do 'Footy Tipping', and talk about the players like they possess the team. I have no idea who ANY of these guys are. lol SSS, it's the same in Australia. You're supposed to work on the building site, go to the pub, and drink a few beers before heading home to a icy dinner and an mad wife. lol
I've researched a bit on this, and the more I find about it, the more ridiculous bras seem. Basically, people that say you should wear a bra, say that it's because it's for support. Mainly, for movement. Now, I receive this for sports, but otherwise... Also, they say that your breasts sag. Actually, some studies suggest that it's the opposite - the breasts don't hold themselves up, so when you take off the bra, they sag more. But what I don't receive, is that people lived for hundreds of years without bras. Tribes live without tops. In addition, they do more movement then we do - except for maybe something extreme, like gymnastics. So basically, it is because of how people have been brought up to view breasts. They look them as indecent, so you have to wear bras. The media of course promotes this, because of the huge bra industry. Even some studies show that bras are bad for your help. So the only reason that I actually wear a bra, because it's much more comfortable not wearing one, is because everyone else does. I've realized the only reason I'm doing it is because everyone else would stare at me and make fun of me. Isn't it nice of silly? Thanks for any of your help and opinions. I'd really like to clear up the health issue around bras. I know that if they're too tight they restrict flow, or other badly made can cause health problems. BUT DO YOU REALLY NEED A BRA? (for health, not societal rules) Thanks everyone for your answers! I understand that it evolved from the corsets and other that were more restraining, but thinking about the purpose is nice of interesting if you put away every the preconceived notions society has put into your head. I'm a competitive swimmer and boxer and in high school whenever I wanted to receive in shape for either sport depending which season was coming up, I took diet pills to slim down a bit for swimming. I took Zantrax (sp?) first and a day later I felt this excruciating pain in my legs whenever I would bend my legs. The pain I could only describe as a straining/ cramping/ shocking sensation and when I asked my pal who was a pharmacist, she said it was the extreme amount of caffeine that would cause this. Taking in her information, I switched to non caffeinated diet pills and a day later, the same pain. So now a few years later, I want to try diet pills again even though I exercise and eat right but a few quick pounds off would be great but I reeeally don't want to go through the leg pains again, why is that?

Since i was little i have been obese.... when i was eleven i even went to the extreme of weighing like 152 pounds!.. yup but once i started playing sports i startted to loose it but my high shcool doesnt have sports and i dont want to be a butter ball again...and now i just turned 15 and i have an alright body. i have kinda big thighs, my butt is a handful, my boobs are a 36B, and my stomach has a lil blubber on it lol... i would just like to have my stomach flatter and look firm... i know theres nothing that will work better unless i actually excersise, and i understand., im willing to do it! =] but before i start does anyone have any tips that work like what types of exersise( how long to do it for?) and what kinda food to eat?... i would really appreciate it!! I went to three different doctors and they every said I only have a concussion on my knee because of the way I suffered a tiny accident (full impact from 50cm with no knee flex almost only on right foot). I had a cast for 10 days and now it's been 2 weeks after the cast. Now my patella still pops exactly like before the cast, no pain but with very very little discomfort. It happens when I straighten my leg while sitting on a seat but in air with no leg touching the seat or the ground, or when I flex it standing up while standing almost full weight on it. At the moment of the accident I didn't feel pain, but on my way home I felt noisy pops from my knee and some tiny pain. I felt some pain during the evening but the next morning it was fine, apart from the pop. Doctors still say the pop has no pathological reason, but I think I may have injured my ACL a bit, but doctors deny it. I don't know where to go now, and I'm a bit afraid to return to the extreme sport I was doing because I don't know how to recover fully.

I am a guy, 16 and 6ft and about 130 pounds. I am pretty skinny, but I wouldn't say unhealthy. I feel great every the time, have lots of energy, and eat alot. Everyone says I eat alot, I always eat a big breakfeast tiny lunch and big dinner, eating heavier portions than everyone else in my family who range from average to big. Usually once or twice a week I will eat 4-5 meals in a day and I mean full meals not including snacks. Even though I eat alot I can't gain any weight. I want to change, and start gaining weight (muscle), as of now I don't do any sports which require extreme exercise from me. I got a free full set of dumbbells, and a bench a few bars and weights for them. I am not very strong, so I'd like to start tiny and work my way to heavier weights and then maybe receive a gym member boat. Can you guys recommend what I need to do in terms of diet and exercise? Supplements and what not. How should I be working out, and what nice of exercises? Also what is possible to gain in 6months to 1 year. This is going to be my major new years resolution.

I am 16 soon to be 17, i weigh around 110, and im allergic to penicillin's and cephalosporins and have activity induced asthma (basically if i do sports, or something in extreme heat). im having jaw surgery and this is my first time having surgery and I was wondering what my risks were. my biggest fear is not waking up. its causing me not to snooze at night even. and i dont have one of them done until the end of the month. please help calm me down, but tell me the truth, i keep reading horror stories online and oh its not helping. omg, thanks you guys so much. its so nice to hear that. once i wake up, i can have my nose bleeding and a sore throat and sick still be so glad. you dont know how much that helped, everyone :D.
I'm going to receive an Xbox 360 soon, and I'm wondering what games I should consider. Here are some conditions. - There are some games that I already plan to receive. These include the Halo games, Fable games, and Star Wars KOTOR games, and one of the Guitar Hero games. - Examples of series from other systems that I like are Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Legend of Zelda, Guitar Hero, Metroid Prime, Rayman Raving Rabbids, Super Mario, and Sonic the Hedgehog. - I'm not interested in any type of "gang" games. In other words, if it is like Grand Theft car, DON'T suggest it. Note that games rated "Mature" are fine, but I just don't have any interest in games like GTA. - I'm not a big fan of games like Resident bad either. I've played them, but I don't like them too much. If it's a very good game, you can suggest it, but I'm not a big fan of the horror/extreme violence games. - I don't play a lot of sports games, but if I receive one, it will be one of the standard games. Chances are it will be Madden, NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball, Major League Baseball, or Tiger Woods PGA Tour. Also, I usually don't receive the current year's game, I'm fine with going a year back. It's not that I don't want to pay the price, it's just that the differences aren't big enough year to year to justify the extra cost. - No games that are every online. I don't have that capability. Portions can be online, but no games that require an internet connection. I think that's it. If there's something that you can think of, then please suggest it.
I'll be coming next Spring and would adore to do some extreme type of activity. I've never parachuted or bungee jumped but want to do so this time. I'll be in places like Nv, Pa, NC, Al, Az etc. I'm a first time everything and would prefer an activity I can receive right into without joining clubs are doing days long training programmes. Over two months ago, I fell down in school and hit my head on difficult ceramic flooring, and I suffered a severe concussion. My symptoms that I started out will were: Extreme headache, memory problems, dizziness, very sleepy, couldn't concentrate, shaking, sensitivity to light and sound, and stuff like that. I did not go to the nurse that day though, because i am a huge klutz and i just figured it was nothing. but it got worse as the night went on. I went to the doctor the next day, but he did not order an mri or ct. He figured it was just a concussion and nothing more. So I was out of school for about four full days, and then started back in, although I still had the symptoms. I fell two weeks before basketball was supposed to start, and hoping i would be healed by then, but I am still not better. I went to a concussion specialist about a month and a half after the accident, and he put me on concerta for the attention problems, meletonin to snooze, and amatriptelen [sp?] for headaches. He also told me to do half days of school until january, which was about two weeks. I have not done any tests, sports, or anything that would make me overwork myself since the accident, and it still has not healed. Today I was just outside picking up sticks and when I came in I had a TERRIBLE headache and still do. It has been about three hours now.. I still have the following symtoms: constant headaches but pain levels change, memory problems, dizziness, sleepy, can't concentrate, sensitivity, and mood swings. I go back to my concussion dr in two weeks, do you have any ideas of what I could do to try to heal faster? I have not done ANYTHING for the last two months...I'm going insane! I'm usually a very athletic 14 yr old girl..and I can't handle just sitting around anymore. HELP!

On 12/24 I began to feel very sick. Weak, dizzy, faint. I should also tell you I have Panic Disorder. However, this felt completely different than how I feel when I'm "panic-y". The condition worsened over the evening and in to the next day. I experienced confusion, tiredness (very difficult to awake), loss of appetite, dizziness and extreme sweating. It turns out I was severely dehydrated. I'm sure I should have received medical attention but did not. I self treated with sports drinks and water. My husband checked on me every 15 minutes to make sure I was taking in fluids at a constant rate. Today it the 28th and can finally receive out of the home. I felt pretty good this morning but the dizziness has not gone away and even seems a little worse than this morning. And I also have lack of balance. Could I just be experiencing post dehydration issues?

Lately I have noticed how bizarre others behavior are when they look a public figure. I was checking into a hotel where a rock band who had a concert in that same city was staying and outside women would actually tug up their shirts to flash them in public in the dead of winter. I heard girls screaming how they loved the different guys and just wondered why someone would behave in such a manner when you don't even know the person. I can not imagine being a celebrity and putting up with every the stuff they go through and just wondered if we have taken worshiping public figures to such an extreme that we have forgotten it is just what they do for a living and does not define who they are as a person on the inside.

Hello :D I'm 15, 5'2" and about 125 pounds. I'm not fat, but I'm not thin. I've gone through the whole starving, dieting, excercising TONS deal, and I'm not doing it the extreme way EVER again. It messed with me, and basically resulted in losing 10 pounds only to gain them back weeks later. ANYWAYS, I'm going to spend a year in the beautiful south america next year, and just to be healthier (and maybe have a flatter stomach) I want to lose 15 pounds within the next 4-6 months. I also want it to be as permanent as possible. What can I do? I am a fairly busy person, but I only do sports in the summer and fall. I have a skating rink in my backyard, a stairclimber and some weights. Also how many calories a day? Anything like that? THANK YOU SO MUCH! and please no stupid spam things with acia websites, or miracle extreme dieting/pills websites.
I am 22. I have clip myself twice, once on my arms and once on my face. I did my face because I was violently mad at the way I looked, so I wanted to take my anger out on my face. I have thought about suicide but have not REALLY thought about actually doing it because I am too scared of the pain and too scared of hell if it is real. Plus I do want to find fun in life. I want to be carefree, I have a strong desire to do extreme sports like skydiving and such, I want to learn and use my brain, I adore football, raquetball and a lot of other sports. Some days I am so confident(mainly it is just ********* from me thinking I look handsome on that specific day) but most of the time I feel sick to my stomach because of how ugly I might be. I dont know for sure if I am, that is why I asked that question so many times. I know there is more to life then looks because looks are an attribute, not a reason to live. Just for me, there is something about me that makes me have self-hatred when I look at myself, I feel like I look like I cant accomplish anything. When I try to break free from this way of thinking it seems that life wont allow me to, like I am fated to suck. So I guess some honest insight would be nice. About 8 years ago I underwent craniofacial surgery. This morning, I was playing some sports and was lighty hit in the jaw on the jaw. My jaw is experiencing extreme pain. Has my craniofacial surgery been "undone"? Should I be worried?
